Listed below you will find your team’s field assignment. It is very important to stress to all of your team members that many people make light work for everyone! While there are multiple teams assigned to each field, it is important all teams attend – the more work that is accomplished the better! Please represent your team well.

Things to bring to each field:

Rakes, Shovels, Garbage Bags, Wheelbarrows or empty Large plastic garbage cans for hauling (or 4x4), Gloves, Weed Whacker, Leaf Blower, Boots, Smiles, Smiles, Smiles!

Things to do at each field:

Clean up all leftover winter debris (leaves in fences, sticks, litter), level out any low lying areas on playing surface, pull any clumps of weeds/grass on the playing surface, clean out under bleachers, make any notes of major fixes needed that can be provided to your coach and we will be compiling the list of needs following the clean-up. We are looking for a few people who have trucks or trailers at the outlier fields who will help haul away any piles of sticks, debris, garbage bags that your team piles up to the corner of O’Hauser Park’s parking lot. If you have a truck or trailers and are assigned to one of those fields –your help would be greatly appreciated!
